Meet Frosty, the sweet two-year-old Golden Retriever! Frosty broke his upper left canine tooth on a chew toy, which caused the pulp of his tooth to become exposed and infected. Frosty was referred to our dentistry department at the Animal Medical Center of Seattle for a consultation to discuss options for care. Dr. Diane Carle and the dentistry team performed a root canal to save the tooth. They also placed a titanium crown to help protect the tooth.
