This sweet little lady is Guera! Guera is an energetic four-month-old Siberian Husky who came to visit our internal medicine department for consistent urinary incontinence that conventional treatment options were unsuccessful with. Guera was diagnosed with ectopic ureters – where the ureters (the tube between the kidneys and bladder) insert directly into the urethra (the tube that goes from the bladder to the outside world) instead of the bladder itself.  Guera was rescued as a stray off the streets a few months ago to a wonderful family that loves her very much! Guera stole the hearts of our staff, and everyone in our lobby too! She was just too adorable to NOT take a picture of. Look at those beautiful eyes!
