Referral Coordinator

The suitable Veterinary Referral Coordinator candidate must be capable of multitasking, have the ability to communicate effectively, and have a positive personality. Experience as a receptionist in a veterinary environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual if necessary. This is a full-time position; compensation depends on experience.

Veterinary Receptionist duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients and processing initial check-in
  • Use of a computerized record-keeping system
  • Use of a multi-line phone system
  • Record filing
  • Maintaining the waiting area
  • Managing financial transactions
